Melkbos Beach House

Melkbos Beach House is a lovely beachfront self-catering house ideally located in Melkbosstrand on the Cape West Coast. Melkbosstrand is a charming suburb just 35 km from Cape Town city centre and has a much-photographed view over Table Mountain and Robben Island. The area is very popular for kite surfing, beach strolling, surfing and lovely sunsets, and there are also some great local seafood restaurants in the area as well as beautiful white beaches.

Melkbos Beach House is literally a walk across the road from the beach and boasts stunning sea views. The house contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. The comfortable lounge area includes a flat screen TV and looks out through large glass windows over the ocean, while the kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, microwave and fridge. A domestic can also be arranged on request, if required.

Melkbosstrand is a great base from which to explore Cape Town, the West Coast and the Durbanville Winelands, and there are a number of wonderful day trips that can easily be enjoyed.

We are situated 3 km away from the Koeberg Nature Reserve with wild animals, hiking and bike tracks.
