Mont Martre consists of four charming cottages and is located in the beautiful Franschhoek. The property is surrounded by the most well-known wine estates and various popular restaurants.

Each one of the four cottage have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living areas have fireplaces and televisions with M-Net connections. The kitchens are equipped with all the essentials needed for a convenient breakaway. Guests have private verandas with kettle braais at their disposal. The cottages look out over the lake and the Franschhoek Valley.

Guests are welcome to the communal swimming pool. Parking is available on the premises.

Lovely and comfortable chalet and breath-taking view.

Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen.

So quiet and peaceful by

Just lovely, quiet and peaceful with stunning view. All 4 units were booked (some with children even) but not a peep was heard only the tweets of the birds. Very easy to get in and out of the main town area without staying in the thick of it.

Great views and sunset by

(The Roundhouse is not one of the chalets. Just to make that more clear on the website. Its the main house.) The chalets were great.

A sublime stay by

A superb choice for us - just what was needed to rejuvenate (the "picnic" breakfast with the owner baked croissants - a delight to start the day)

Fantastic view by

The friendly and informative reception received was out of this world. Jan made us feel at home and more than welcome. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and sufficient wood to warm the relaxing evening away. An Ideal location for a couple to relax in the afternoon sunshine watching the guinea-fowl and reflections in the lake. Thank you again!
