The Tala Private Game Reserve is 50 kilometres from the apartment. The world-renowned Aliwal Shoal, a rocky reef, is 12 kilometres away.

The accommodation was impeccably clean. However the bathroom facilities were extremely small and uncomfortable, there was also no ventilation in the bathroom and in summer this is a huge problem as the extractor fan was not working. Also on arrival we had to go through an 8 page inventory of the place. Had to count forks,knives and teaspoons which i think is unnecessary and made me feel awkward as a guest. and it is not walking distance to the beach.

My family and I (5 of us) enjoyed our stay at Mzini. Everything is within reach i.e. malls, beach, Durban.
