Villa Via

Villa Via is a privately owned double-storey property situated on the golf course in the De Zalze Golf Estate. The home was specifically designed to incorporate two guest apartments, each with their own private entrance, thus the accommodation is owner managed.

There is a pool available with a designated pool lounger area for guests on the northern side of the house with panoramic views of the Stellenbosch Mountains. Entry to the apartments is on the southern side. Apartment 1, Stellenzicht, is on the top floor with a private flight of stairs. Apartment 2, Kaapzicht, has a view of Table Mountain and is a duplex with the living room-kitchenette downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

The apartments are each for two adults only - regretfully no children - and is strictly non-smoking. Each apartment consists of three rooms and incorporates a bedroom with built-in cupboards, a queen-size bed with white percale linen, a private balcony with golf course views, a marbled bathroom with a bath, a shower, heated towel rails and underfloor heating. The living room-lounges have seating and flat-screen TVs and full DStv. There are kitchenettes.

Each kitchenette has custom-made, built-in cupboards as well as a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, an egg boiler, a kettle, a three-tiered electric steamer, a coffee machine, granite surfaces and a sink. Crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a table with chairs form part of the kitchenettes.

Please note that there is no functional stove and/or oven available. The apartments are serviced once a week with a change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at R50 per service which includes ironing. Each apartment has been individually fitted and decorated and has its own entrance.
