This is a three-bedroom flat sleeping up to six people and with 180-degree views over Mossel Bay. The apartment is on the second floor of the complex and two of the bedrooms face the ocean. There is a large enclosed balcony, with a gas barbecue plus three bedrooms, one double bed and two twin bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with a bath, a basin and a toilet. There are two single beds in each of the other two bedrooms, and the second bathroom has a shower, a basin and a toilet. Bedding is supplied, but guests have to bring their own towels. There is a TV, DST, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi in the living room.The apartment comes with an open-plan kitchen, a lounge and a TV room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a stove with an oven, an iron and a kettle. The huge enclosed balcony comes with a gas braai on the deck and seating for up to six guests. There is basement parking available as well as a lock-up garage. The complex has a swimming pool and a barbeque braai next to pool and everything you will need is within walking distance. There is a private entrance to and from the beach, and a security guard at the gate as well as a remote-controlled entrance to the unit.
