braai facility must be improved as i braai there and body cooperate did not seem to like the idea as it was raining and i braai under the porch.

Dear Mohammad thank you for your wonderful review. We have taken the braai situation up with the Body Corporate who confirmed that our guests are allowed to use the braai underneath the porch. It was a member of the public staying above our unit that complained and not the Body Corporate.
