As the booking said - accomodation from check in to check out, the establishment denied booking and rejected the accomodation. No response from SafariNow to many mails and telephone calls. Beware of your money.

It was so frustrating that booking was made clearly for accomodation with check in and checkout time and bed rooms shown in picture at the time of booking and the establishment just rejected the bookings . Sent many mails and phone calls, no response from SafariNow, very poor customer service. And awaiting confirmation of all my money back.
