These two beautiful modern Apartments, one with slight sea and park views and the other with park view, is situated in a former hotel Block. The public areas of the building have maintained it's antique decor which lends a certain charm and nostalgia of its former hotel days.

The Block is now partly utilised for holiday accommodation and the other part as Retirement Residence. The apartment is perfect for couples, solo travellers, those who want to be in the City without the hassle of having to rent a car, or for those who enjoy their own space and a sense of home when abroad. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need just bring yourself and your good attitude.

The warm Indian ocean and the pristine golden beaches are on your doorstep just one block away. The apartment is also close to the city center: just 1 km away, and it normally takes about 35 minutes to reach the airport. With its convenient location, the suite offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. The area itself is very vibey and gets noisy during weekends and vacation periods with all the holidaymakers.

neat and nice place for a holiday, will def come back

The cleanliness. The barhroom in 517 could do with some cleaning. The towels as well did not look fresh. Worst of all, there was still a note from the previous guest complaining about similar issues which I found.
