Perfect 10 is situated in Blue Lagoon just behind Calypso Beach in the picturesque town of Langebaan, along the Cape West Coast. The house faces a large green belt so the front garden enjoys incredible sunsets on the lagoon side and is 3 minutes walk to the beach.

The house consists of a private entrance lounge with a day bed and double sleeper couch for a possible 3 more persons to sleep, 2 ensuite bedrooms (sleep 2 each), a large open plan upstairs area with 2 x beds (like a large open bedroom ideal for children), an office space in the large open plan upstairs bedroom, a large open plan kitchen/scullery - dining - family room with TV and a separate toilet under the stairs. The kitchen has all appliances.

Langebaan has many great attractions in and around the area besides the amazing lagoon, The West Coast National Park, the West Coast Fossil Park, and golf couses, including the Elandsfontein Private Reserve, the stunning Calypso Beach in front of the house and the entertaining Club Mykonos Casino. Activities one can enjoy are boating, skiing, kite surfing, wind surfing, sailing, golf, horse riding, angling and so much more.

The house also suits itself to those who want to bring a boat with tap in the driveway for wash off purposes.

Very nice house. We had a great weekend, thank you.



Nice house only problem it was rented out to other people on the weekend who stayed in a flat in the house.This is unexceptable to me because I was not informed about it beforehand.I talked to the owner about it and he understood my probem with it.Next problem was that the power went off at 20h00 on the day before we checked out just inform me that it is pay power and I would have made a plan.I would think that it is included in the rent I payed for the house.
