Pippin Lofts @ Brooklyn

Pippin Lofts @ Brooklyn offers four guests a lovely self-catering garden cottage. The under-cover patio is fitted with a built-in braai and is furnished with a patio table and chairs with views of the beautiful garden. The cottage is equipped with an alarm system and 24-hour armed response is provided if needed. There is also an intercom linked to the main entrance for visitors.

The cottage is air-conditioned and consists of one bedroom that is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a private bathroom that consists of a bath with an overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser; a stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table which is located in the large living area. The lounge is furnished with a sleeper couch and is equipped with a TV with DStv and a DVD player, and opens onto the under-cover patio. The unit also has a study area that is fitted with a writing desk and chair. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

Bookings exceeding seven days will receive a weekly cleaning service and fresh towels and linen will be provided. Laundry facilities and a daily cleaning service can be arranged on request. Groceries can also be supplied and Internet access can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
