The beautifully restored original building is home to the iconic Highlander Pub, The Thistle Restaurant and 9 ?Heritage? rooms. A central courtyard and garden create a link to new facilities ? a state of the art conference centre, 60 contemporary bedrooms and a Camelot Spa.

Reverse osmosis treated water is supplied to cold water taps in all rooms. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity is available across the entire property. The Thistle Restaurant is ideal for intimate dinners or special occasions. The Highlander Pub is a traditional pub featuring its own locally brewed craft beer and a Gastro Pub menu.

Perfect for travelers by

Very friendly staff, wide selection of food, clean and comfortable rooms. Royal St. Andrews is perfect for people traveling long distances and want a spot where they can check in quickly, have a nice meal, have a long shower and a good night's rest.

I'm sure other reviewers could attest to other great aspects of the hotel, such as the spa. But traveling a long road over two days, we found the hotel to be a blessing and a bit of an oasis. Will definitely return.
