Safari Mashariki Lodge

Safari Mashariki Lodge is located in front of an unspoilt beach bordering the north side of Saadani National Park, in the Pangani District. The wonderful reef and the sand banks in front of the lodge host a variety of tropical marine life.

Our lodge, with its fabulous and secluded beach fringed by coconut palms, is the ideal destination for families, honeymooners and those looking for a holiday off the beaten track. Reaching our lodge is an adventure in itself.

Activities in the area include game drives in the national park, walking safaris with the rangers, birdwatching, boat safaris on the rivers of Saadani, sport fishing, snorkelling, boat trips to the sand banks and to Maziwe Island, dhow trips to Zanzibar and cultural tours to Pangani.

Our staff will gladly provide assistance with bookings tours, and can also drive guests from Dar Es Salaam or Arusha to the lodge on request.
