Santana 804 is a beautiful sea-facing unit located right on the beach in Margate. The unit offers comfortable self-catering accommodation ideal for up to six people.

The unit features two bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The lounge area with TV leads into the fully equipped kitchen. Guest who would like DStv will need to bring their own decoder and smart card. The kitchen offers all modern facilities, including a microwave, glass-top stove, large fridge, and ample packing space. The lounge leads through sliding doors onto a private balcony with views over the ocean.

The apartment block is surrounded by tropical gardens and there is a main swimming pool and a kiddie's paddling pool. The adult and kiddie's playroom at the pool offers a pool table, games and dart boards. At the beach there is also a large salt water swimming pool. A communal braai facility is available to tenants and the apartment also offers a laundry service and underground parking for one vehicle.

Hi, Thank you very much, we had a wonderful holiday. I will recommend any body to go and have a holiday at Santana 804. All the facility's is being kept clean and tidy, the staff is always friendly and helpful. If there was one thing that really impressed me ,was the fact that the Manager came and checked if the braai area was clean before our braai. She even checked if the dust bins was clean. In the flat we were impressed with all the equipment available, lovely kitchen ,spacious rooms and the view from the balcony is amazing. But above all the whole facility is being kept clean and tidy, including the gardens. The amount that was paid for a weeks holiday was definitely worth every sent. Like they say it`s the small things in life that matters. Thank you Jacques
