The apartment comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a kitchen that is fully equipped for a self-catering stay with appliances that include a dishwasher. It leads to the living- and dining area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv viewing.

The living area leads out onto a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas braai facility. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful sea views. The complex itself offers a swimming pool and charcoal braai facilities that guests can make use of as well as a security guard for added peace of mind. Each apartment in the complex has one designated parking bay.
