The unit comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and third bedroom has two single beds and share the second bathroom. Both bath and shower facilities are available.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave. There is also a washing machine, and tumble drier in the unit.

The lounge holds comfortable couches as well as a TV with open view channels and a DStv connection, however, guests are to please bring their own DStv decoder and smart card to make use of this facility. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, however, all rooms have ceiling fans.
