This lovely self catering cottage is separate from the house with its own private garden and use of the pool. The cottage is suitable for 2 guests, there is a sleeper couch in the lounge. Linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a separate bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet and a combined lounge/kitchen. The lounge has a smart TV and uncapped wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, a bar fridge, microwave and a 2 plate stove and oven. There is an enclosed verandah with a Weber braai leading on to the private garden. Parking is on street. Seahorse Cottage offers a surprising level of comfort at budget prices! Smoking is only allowed outside. No parties and no additional guests without prior approval.
Kommetjie is a small seaside village about 35 km from the city and the airport. It is a well known surf spot with beautiful beaches and walks in the mountains. It has a few restaurants and pubs, as well as a library, hairdresser, doctor and petrol station. There are many beautiful places to visit such as Chapmans Peak, Cape Point Nature Reserve and historical Simonstown. All this and still only about 45 minutes from Table Mountain, the winelands, and the V&A Waterfront.
