Sea Spray Chalet is a luxuriously furnished, three-bedroom apartment situated in the Eco-sensitive Capricorn Beach Development along the Muizenberg beachfront.

Arguably the best location in the complex, having unobstructed views of False Bay from Cape Hangklip towards Seal Island, all the way along the coast to Simonstown. Triple leveled, the chalet has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps six guests comfortably.

The living room is characterized by its large glass sliding doors and clear view of the fynbos-covered dunes, Sunrise Beach and the warm Indian Ocean. Furnishings include a flat-screen TV, a satellite decoder, a surround sound DVD player and an accompanying collection of series DVDs. A small four-seater dining area and fully equipped kitchen with hob, mini oven, and fridge-freezer complete the picture.

Outside there is a private braai area and one just needs to turn around to enjoy the Constantiaberg mountain range with its historic winelands that creep up towards Table Mountain.

As winter draws to a close, the South Atlantic whales arrive and can be seen broaching and frolicking behind the surf line. Sea Spray Chalet is ideally positioned for short bursts to the beach, you will be across the boardwalk, through the dunes to the beachfront in minutes. Further on will take you to the historic and famous Bathing Boxes of Muizenberg, the village, the commercial beachfront with its restaurants and shops and world-famous Surfer's Corner.

Capricorn Beach has a distinctive village feel and design and offers access-control secure fencing. Facilities include a swimming pool a few paces from the front door, and alongside the complex there is a convenience store, a launderette, takeaway outlets and some mixed retail.
