Seester Strandhuis is a beachfront property in Jeffreys Bay situated on a quiet street within walking distance to the main beach and CBD. The view from the house is truly spectacular and dolphins pass by frequently. Fully-equipped self-catering apartments are available, each having one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and off-street parking.

Please note a special price is available for two guests for the Oyster and Perlemoen units; please enquire for when requesting a quote.

Your hosts are Zdenek and Hilde Kucera. Zdenek is an accredited tourist guide and keen angler, who can point out the best angling spots. He also knows the weather, tides, phases of the moon and where to find the best bait. Hilde likes shell collecting, is a student of local flora, and makes quilts from South African fabrics. We both enjoy playing bridge at the local club. Between us we speak English, Czech, Afrikaans, and a smattering of Russian, German and Dutch.

Nice place at the beachfront by

If you want to be very close to the Indian Ocean, check out Seester Strandhuis. It has a beautiful garden with braai facilities and direct entry to the Ocean. From there it is only a couple of minutes to walk to the main beach of Jeffrey's Bay. We had a one-bedroom umit plus a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The owners are nice and helpful. Many thanks again.

Comfy, clean and cosy by

We stayed in the Mussel Room and really enjoyed it. We had enough privacy, the place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach and braai areas were the cherry on the top and we would definitely recommend this self-catering accommodation for those on a budget who are looking for something safe, neat and tidy.

I loved Hilde's artwork in the chalets, it added a personal touch to make our stay comfortable. Also the boardgames and books in the room made it feel like a home away from home
