Serendipity Coastal Lodge

Serendipity Lodge is a luxury log home situated along the Garden Route. The home offers breathtaking sea and mountain views where it is situated in a steep and fynbos covered site on the edge of a forested gorge within a private nature reserve.

The home is a world-class eco-tourist dream with three private bedrooms. There is a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, a private pizza oven and an open-plan kitchen and lounge with a TV, DVD player and DStv; you will need to bring your own smart card. There is also a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The property is surrounded by nature reserves which enjoy a variety of bird life and wildlife. It is at a river mouth leading to the Indian Ocean between Buffels Bay and the Wilderness, where guests will be at the heart of whale and dolphin paradise. These mammals can be viewed from Serendipity's private deck. Guests also have access to a private beach with braai and toilet facilities.

The location is ideal for keen walkers, hikers and fishermen. If you can tear yourself away from the house, Serendipity is close to various other great locations such as Herold's Bay, Victoria Bay, Knysna and Sedgefield. The Garden Route is also ideal for golfers, with Fancourt, Pezula and Oudtshoorn located within a short driving distance.
