Sharky is a modern self-catering holiday home in close vicinity of Kleinbaai, with its shark viewing and cage diving facilities. The house is set on the Franskraal coastalline overlooking the well-known Dyer Island and surrounding areas. This lavishly furnished house is equipped with state-of-the-art surround sound equipment and a television. It has front and rear balconies with stunning sea and mountain views. The house is fitted with an alarm system backed by 24-hour armed response. The physical layout of this double-storey home consists a lounge with a television, DStv decoder and Sony/Boston audio equipment, and telescope for mountain and sea viewing; a rear balcony; and a separate scullery and kitchen equipped with modern electrical appliances - stove, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and electrical water purifying system. The front balcony is accessible from the main bedroom and dining room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a makeup corner with a vanity unit, a guest toilet, and dedicated office work station.
