Great views, good location, cleaning service, dstv, fully functional kitchen and a patio that was awesome. overall an amazing stay, will definitely go back. The host Tamryn was AMAZING from day 1. she was very quick with responding to all and any silly little questions I had. I was a little skeptical about the online payment system but it is legit and all was in order. I had booked the apartment for my friends visiting the town and they could not stop raving about this beautiful apartment with breath taking views. The host ensured she notified me before check in of the minor issues I might encounter and made sure throughout the weekend that all was well and the stay was comfortable. The owner Dean also called me throughout the weekend (a lil bit more than usual but appreciated still) to make sure all was okay and well, even went as far as giving me his direct number to 'call him any time of the day' should we experience any problems. I could not believe such service still exists. Props to Tamryn and Dean, please keep it up and remain forever helpful and nice as you are. If you are looking for an apartment to make your second home on your Durban visits, LOOK NO FURTHER!! My booking was cancelled by owner a week ago by Safiyya Kadwa 18 March 2018 Owner contracted me to say geyser burst .I will be refunded fully and given a free night. I paid 1515-I was refunded 1500 and told the rest is commission for safarinow....couldn't get other accommodation as it was too late..had to cancel my trip.. However, rules of the establishment should be given once bookings are made such as no braai area or parking for only one vehicle.
