St Annes Guesthouse situated on the Berea in Durban offers luxury accommodation in a bed and breakfast form. Situated on 'The Ridge", St Annes offers the discerning guest or business executive, colonial elegance and luxury in an exclusive, secluded setting.

Built in 1885, by master craftsmen from England, as a wedding gift to a member of the Butcher family, St Annes has endured and outlived the changes history has dealt her. Used mainly as a residential home over the years, St Annes also functioned as a maternity home for a short period of time. Today St Annes is a luxury guest house and offers five graciously appointed en-suite bedrooms, a formal reading lounge, a TV lounge and a fully equipped sports bar, featuring a full-size billiard table.

The St Annes experience offers a private pool set against a lush, tropical backdrop, and a fully stocked, intimate cellar pub for relaxation and unwinding. The magnificent full-sized billiard table is a must for snooker and billiard enthusiasts. We also have mini-conference facilities, intimate special occasion dinners, secure on-site parking for six cars with 24-hour security, and faxing and photocopying facilities on request. Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available. Morning and evening local newspapers are supplied. Dinners are available by prior arrangement.
