The flatlet has own entrance, no sharing, with 6 steps to the only door as the building is elevated. This is a unique type unit due to building restrictions. It is very well equipped, neat and tidy. Furniture and fittings are a mix of old and new, handmade. Plastered brick walls, tiled floors and carpeted bedroom. One small bathroom with shower toilet and basin. This unit has one large bedroom with double bed and 2 single bunker beds, wall closet and basin. Open plan kitchen dining lounge area. All opening windows and doors have insect netting. Next to swimming pool with scattered view of lake. Communal path between braai and door. Own braai and garden furniture. Television with DSTV Easyview Free channels (bring own decoder +card). Parking is on site under roof cover at car port. Once daily cleaning service is included. Ceiling fan in bedroom and lounge plus extra pedestal fan.We provide bath towels, kitchen towel and swab, dish liquid and sponge and coffee plunger all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pots pans, clothes line and pegs, toaster, kettle, microwave and stove with oven and fridge and coffee plunger. The laid back garden attracts an abundance of birds and is regularly visited by Vervet monkey, Banded mongoose, squirrels and sometime hippo grazing at night.
