Unfortunately we were disappointed, the week of occupation we were informed that the accommodation we had originally booked and wanted to stay in was under temporary renovations and were given other options which were not as good as the first option selected. Due to all of this being communicated so late, we were forced to choose from the 3 alternatives that were available of which none were as nice as the first apartment originally booked. The reception of the lady i.e. the agents for the apartment whom are umdloti letting whom assisted in the hand over keys on the day of occupation was very poor and unwelcoming almost angry or aggressive, I strongly feel if someone does not have people skills, please work in isolation! We are the customer at the end of the day, so learn people skills if that's the job you are going to do. There were no towels provided and no cleaning services provided either during the stay, which also made it less desirable. The outside appearance of the apartments did not look so good. The apartment itself was modern and very comfy, except for the one room which did not have any air-conditioning for the intense kzn heat. The views from the balcony was superb, great location! My interactions with Cheryl however was very good, she did her best to assist where she good, thank you Cheryl for the great service!
