Without any explanation or apology we were moved to another guest house, which to put it mildly left a lot to be desired. In particular, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and the double bed was squeezed into a corner with virtually no room to move. As a result we had no opportunity to evaluate the veracity of the glowing feedback on Sunnyridge Lodge's site.

Room OK. Breakfast was great! Fantastic idea to use Wimpy! The cost was low and more than value for money. I will definitely use them again.

My stay was very pleasant and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend Sunnyridge Lodge.



Unfortunately my stay at this b+b was not very pleasant. I don't know where it got its three star rating from because it did certainly not live up to it.I only stayed there 2 of the 5 nights and found other more comfortable lodging. The following were a problems to me:1. The security gate had no remote - anybody could walk in and steal a vehicle.2. The light fitting in the bathroom was hanging on open wires - no shade of any kind.3. The one tap in the bathroom was loose.4. Only limited DSTV channels - e.g. no MNet
