A mere 200m from the beach, Surfpoint 9 offers comfortable accommodation for a seaside family vacation. The unit sleeps six people comfortably and has 180 degree sea view.

The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living room has a TV with full DStv and a radio. The modern kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, frying pan and stove. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The lounge area, main and second bedroom lead onto the sea facing balcony. The covered patio has a built in braai.

The unit is cleaned before arrival and after departure. A daily cleaning service is available at R100 per day.

Pleasant stay by

We had such a pleasant stay at surfpoint 9. The house was very neat and clean. Beautiful view of the sea. Safe and secure complex as well. We will definitely be going back soon.

It was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious and we will definitely be back on our next vacation.

Nice little get-away by

Peacefull accommodation with all the necessary comforts of home. Parking a bit awkward and a hair-raising, steep driveway. View from balcony a bit obscured by other units.

All things considered I would not hesitate to visit again.

The appartment was quite spacious and good equipped, but the furniture was old and beds really stuffy. And it was not clean. We slept in our clothes, didn't use the dishes. No recommendation!
