On the foothills of the Rooiberg Mountains lies Sionshoop Guest Farm, situated near Van Wyksdorp in the heart of the Klein Karoo.
There are four self-contained cottages, each with magnificent views of the Rooiberg and Langeberg mountains. With interior finishes handmade by owners Nellie and Bets who has given a unique and creative flair to each cottage. Simplicity and style meet in these newly renovated cottages and no attention to detail was spared. Each cottage consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with fire place, a retro style bathroom with shower, main bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Meals per arrangement.
Van Wyksdorp is a charming, small, quiet hideaway nestled between the Langeberg and Rooiberg mountains. The area can only be accessed by good gravel roads which indicates just how removed we are from the hustle and bustle. The farm offers an opportunity to live in nature where the only sounds are those of birds, bees, crickets, and frogs.
