This second-floor apartment is ideally located within the complex to take advantage of the lagoon views. It is comfortably appointed and offers spacious sleeping and living areas and an airy, bright and sunny, open plan flow. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday catering and overlooks a breakfast counter to a spacious lounge with flatscreen television, DVD player and exclusive DStv Premium. The lounge opens through sliding doors to a balcony with an el-fresco dining area and a gas braai. Throughout the living areas, one feels part of the outdoors with birds chirping at your doorstep.

This unit has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The main bedroom opens through sliders onto the balcony and enjoys great views and a full (bath and shower) en-suite washroom. The additional two bedrooms overlook the rear gardens and trees through large windows and share a second washroom (bath). The lounge has a double sleeper couch for an additional two guests.

The secured complex has controlled access and security guards. One undercover parking bay and there is additional guest parking available. The Kingfisher has pumped backup water tanks. Linen is provided, however linen for the sleeper couch if required including bath and beach towels are to be brought along by the guest. The unit has ceiling fans throughout. Daily servicing is available on request.

St. Michael's Beach is recommended by surfers for its breakers, and families for its green lawns, fresh swimming pool, tidal pool, bars, tuck shops, restaurants, seasonal entertainment, and takeaways.
