THE NEW NATIONAL RESENSIES (50 %) Meghan Sheehan, South Africa 05 March 2016 The rooms are nice and Modern but the staff have no clue what's going on. The rate was supposed to include breakfast, the chef never pitched. There was excessive noise outside and security did nothing about it. The worse however was the strong smell of urine wafting outside and through the building. I would not recommend this to anyone

We apologise for the smell that came through the building, it's something that as Management & Director took seriously with our Plumbing department as we had a plumbing pipe outside the building which caused the unpleasant smell to come through our building, however we managed to fix that issue and we hope that should you consider staying with us in future you will not be able to experience the same.
Kindly accept our sincere apologies for not being able to provide you the high standard of hospitality which is the general norm of our hotel. We genuinely regret the inconvenience caused to you because of this. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests, and especially to those who books with us for their very first time such as yourself and on this occasion we did not exceed your basic expectation.

Accommodation Luxury by Francois Levi, South Africa 04 April 2016 I was pleasantly surprised to see this old Hotel being lovingly restored.
The rooms were brand new, linen new and lovely luxury showers. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great VALUE for money. An excellent choice for the corporate traveller. I'll be back :) FL
