The Antares Experience

The Antares Experience is an exclusive safari for a group of friends or family from a cliff top camp in the Big 5 Klaserie Game Reserve. Wildlife Encounters provides an authentic African safari with superb guiding, together with top class hosting and catering.

The view from the camp over the bush is breathtaking and many hours can be spent in the delightful rim-flow pool or decked area that overlooks the bush below. Here you may enjoy watching the elephant splash in the Klaserie River or a herd of buffalo moving towards the sweet grasslands.

A central thatched area has a graceful hallway leading into a comfortable lounge with a TV and an elegant dining table and chairs. The meals are generally taken under the stars around the fire with the night sounds filling the elevated hilltop camp area, or at the pool deck perched over the darkening bushveld. The camp has been newly refurbished and each round chalet is now en-suite, tastefully furnished and air-conditioned.
