My sister and I arrived late afternoon and were cordially received. Our en-suite double room was very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet ambience and tasty breakfasts, as well as our visit to the Augrabies National Park. Our 2 day visit was an eye-opener for us, in relation to the beautiful wine farms in the area.

Enjoyable stay by

I have enjoyed the stay of two nights in the guest room made available by Mr and Mrs Burger Du Plessis. Their company was interesting and informative.

Nice place near the falls by

This was a nice place very close to the Falls.  The room was very nice especially the bathroom.  The swimming pool was also nice and clean.  Internet did not work well in the room, but it worked fine in the pool area.
I only have one issue with this guest house and it is that  the day we left, the maids came into our room while we were still taking our belongings to the car.  We were not past the check out time so I resented this behavior.  I was unable to carefully check to make sure we had everything and I was unable to use the restroom before check out since the maids (two ladies) stayed in the room.  I strongly urge the management to instruct the cleaning staff to wait until after guests have departed before they go into the rooms.

Our stay at The Falls Guest House was pleasant. The rooms,  including the bathroom are lovely.

The breakfast was delicious.



Augrabies Gem by

We enjoyed our stay at Falls Guest House. The staff were friendly and helpful and attention to small details, like towels for guests at the swimming pool, makes a big difference to feeling welcome and comfortable.
