The Golf House @ No.199 is an Eden on the sea combined with modern convenience, lifestyle and security. We offer self-catering accommodation for you to find yourself at home on the breathtaking Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

This villa consists of four en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths. There is a fifth bedroom that is located towards the back of the kitchen which offers an en-suite bathroom and an air-conditioner. There is also a separate air-conditioned cottage that can sleep up to three people.

The main TV lounge offers full DStv on request and an entertainment system. The lounge opens up onto verandahs on either side and there is a bar area and an infinity swimming pool. The braai area offers a built-in braai with a table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The villa has screed floors and folding doors throughout for that open, airy feeling. A washing machine, tumble-dryer and a washing line are found in the back courtyard. Guests have use of the double lock-up garage.

The property offers an ideal opportunity to play golf, lie on private beaches and enjoy luxury recreational living and relaxation. The villa is located in the middle of the estate taking no longer than a two-minute drive to reach the nearest beach access point. There is a restaurant at the lodge and a main swimming pool area with a tennis court, a squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.
