The Grace is also a stone-throw away from the famous tourist route of the Midlands Meander and en route the world heritage Okhlamba-Drakensberg Trans-frontier Park.

As the commercial centre of KwaZulu-Natal Province, the city of Pietermaritzburg where the guesthouse is located annually hosts the popular Royal Agricultural Show, the popular long distance Comrades Marathon and the Duzi River Canoe Marathon, amongst other popular events.

My boyfriend and I booked the guest house for 1 night. Place was clean, comfy and breakfast delicious with welcoming and friendly staff but manager was not professional and kept us waiting on the gate for 30 minutes telling us we were not booked and doesn't know us. She was rude and hang up the phone on us promised to call back but didn't call back! Once we were in staff was welcoming and friendly and she was not around!
