The Heron Gastehuis

The Heron Guesthouse is situated in the heart of an upmarket area of Durban in Berea/Morningside. The guest house is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.The Heron Guesthouse boasts 10 air-conditioned rooms, all equipped with DStv and wireless Internet access. For your convenience, twin beds can be arranged for single guests sharing. All the en-suite bathrooms have showers and some have separate baths. For our honeymooners, there are two suites equipped with Jacuzzi spa baths.The Heron boasts two sun-drenched swimming pools and 24-hour wireless Internet access from every part of the house including outside and at the pool. We are only 500 m from the famous Greyville Race Track where South Africa's premier horse race, the Durban July, is run every year. We are also a stone's throw away from the Royal Durban Golf Course and 4 km from the Durban Country Club Golf Course, one of the top 100 courses in the world. We are five minutes from North Beach where the AAA rated surf contest, The Mr Price Pro, is held once a year.
