This Self-catering Apartment offers comfortable accommodation in a lovely two-bedroom apartment with beautiful sea and mountain views. This tastefully furnished spacious apartment is situated in Simon's Town and features a covered patio from where once can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment is conveniently located 1.8 kilometers from Jubilee Square, with its craft markets and restaurants.

The apartment can accommodate four adults and two children in two en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains two single beds, and there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. Each en-suite bathroom has a shower and a toilet and each bedroom have built-in cupboards. The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen and scullery are equipped with a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a coffee machine as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for guests convenience.

The dining area has a six-seater dining table and chairs, and leads into the lounge with a Smart TV with Netflix and selected Dstv channels. The apartment is equipped with uncapped Wi-Fi and guests to have access to off-street parking for two cars.

There is an outside dining table on the patio, along with gas braai facilities. Enjoy the sun and sea breeze while taking in the panoramic views of False Bay, its surrounding mountains, the local yacht club, and working naval base.

Stroll through the town of Simon's Town, with its characterful little shops and heritage buildings. Take a scenic drive around the corner to visit the penguins at Boulder's Beach or drive further along to Cape Point Nature Reserve for outdoor activities.

Please keep in mind that there are 20 steps upstairs to get to the apartment, with the reward of endless views on one level. Reminder that two out of six guests will need to make use of the sofa-bed in the sleeping arrangements.
