Good Afternoon The warm and knowledgeable of the house rule by Inos at our rooms was something far beyond our expectation. That diligent staff member needs to be developed and I can bet my last rand and cents that, it will most rewarding investment. He knew what he was talking about with a friendly smile and clear to what is was saying, it was amazing, he listened and explained more than we expected. grooming him would be a beneficiary to the company. The ladies who brought our breakfast in the room, so full of friendliness and humble with the business etiquette, staff in general is well trained and Well done. Hope to visit your establishment very soon for more relaxing holiday and would advise my family to use your establishment without a shed of a doubt.
