Troon Self-catering House is a tranquil home situated on Princes Grant Golf Estate overlooking the sixth fairway. This is the ideal location for a holiday, with views over the sixth hole and the dam. There is an abundance of animal species including bushbuck, grey and blue duiker, spotted genet and mongoose. This peaceful and tranquil spot also has an abundance of flowers and over 200 bird species.
Princes Grant Golf Estate is an 18-hole links-styled golf course with a highly rated clubhouse. The clubhouse hosts a restaurant, a pub and a spa. Princes Grant Golf Estate also offers squash and tennis courts, a swimming pool and a jungle gym. There is private beach access and a private lagoon. The surrounding indigenous forest boasts plenty of nature trails and opportunities for fishing and canoeing.
Troon Self-catering House features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges, a kitchen and a scullery. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge offers a TV with DStv capability, should guests wish to bring their own smart card.
The house and the flat can be rented together for larger groups or separately. Linen and bath towels are supplied.
Bring your own pool towels and DTSV card / decoder for the main house.
Princes Grant House Rules:
1. This is a NON SMOKING house/ flat.
2. Only 2 people can stay in the main house. Children are counted as people. A fine will be issued by the estate if there are more than 2 people.
3. Couches are not for sleeping on.
4. Visitors are only allowed on the written permission of the owner.
5. Additional overnight guests are not allowed
6. Staying at the house is at your own risk, we are not covered for things missing, damaged, stolen, or injuries.
7. Braai in the designated area - in from of the main door.
8. All damages will be for guests account.
NB If you are not home, keep the windows closed as the monkeys will come in and make a mess of the food in the kitchen - they have learnt about kitchens.
