Tsitsikamma Gardens Self-Catering Cottages is situated next to the N2 highway and a working dairy farm near the Stormsriver Bridge & many other adventure activities and offers 2 delightful self-catering cottages in the Tsitsikamma region of South Africa.

Our cottages are situated next to the N2 highway (for easy access to all major adventure activities in the area, closest zip line is less than 1km away) in the garden next to a working farm with beautiful mountain and garden views. As we are next to a highway, one can naturally expect some traffic noise.

We also have a swimming pool that is located at the main house which will be shared with the guests staying in our cottages which may be used daily until 18h30 (no unsupervised swimming for kids under 18).

We also have a restaurant onsite where you can book for breakfast, lunch or have cakes and coffees, open daily from 08h00 till 18h00 (last order at 17h30).

We also use our own natural spring water in the cottages and restaurant and have our own borehole for the gardens.

Tsitsikamma is the Khoi word meaning ?place of abundant or sparkling water?.Tsitsikamma Gardens Cottages is situated on the N2 (main route between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth).The beautiful Tsitsikamma Gardens is located roughly halfway between Port Elizabeth and Knysna on the Garden Route.

Accommodation at Tsitsikamma Gardens Self-Catering Cottages offers 2 x self-catering cottages (sleeping 2 or 4) to choose from.
They are set approximately 42 metres apart in the lush gardens of Tsitsikamma Gardens and both offers great views of the surrounding gardens and farmland.


Cottage #1: Sleep 2 guests and is an open plan bachelor style farm cottage.
Cottage #1 has a queen size bed with open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private patio area with braai/barbeque facilities and great views of the Tsitsikamma Mountains and garden.
We offer FREE Wifi to our guests (limited per day).
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a mini stove with 2 hot plates and mini-oven.
The Bathroom is en-suite with a shower only.
We supply linen and towels (bring own pool or beach towels).
Tea & coffee and toiletries for arrival day, there after it is for your own account.
Communal swimming pool at the main house can be used daily until 18h30. No unsupervised swimming kids under 18.


Cottage #2: Sleep up to 4 guests in a double storey farm cottage. This unit is suitable for families (with kids older than 12 OR 2 Couples that knows each other very well).
We offer our guest FREE Wifi (limited per day of stay).
Please note that this cottage has stairs leading to the 2nd floor which will not be suitable for guests that have difficulty climbing stairs.
The ground floor has an open plan lounge, kitchen area with 2 twin beds which opens onto a private patio with its own braai/barbeque facilities next to the patio situated in a beautiful garden.
The stairs lead to the 2nd floor which has a large loft style bedroom with a double bed which opens onto a private patio with beautiful views of the surrounding lush green farm land and Tsitsikamma Mountains.
Please note that we only have 1 wardrobe in this unit which is situated in the loft room to be shared by all guests.
One shared bathroom downstairs with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a mini stove with 2 hot plates and mini-oven. It's also equipped with a Television with limited DSTV channels.
We supply linen and towels.
Tea & coffee and toiletries for arrival day, there after it is for your own account.
Communal swimming pool at the main house can be used daily until 18h30.
No unsupervised swimming kids under 18.
Off street parking is available ? parking at own risk.
Min of 2 night stay required.


PLEASE NOTE: NO VISITORS allowed at the cottages (friends of family).
Regrettably no children under the age of 12 are allowed due the surroundings.
We are a non-smoking establishment.
NO pets allowed.
50% of per night fee surcharge will apply if exceptions for 1 night stays are accommodated.
Over long weekends the min night stay is 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy: 50% Non-Refundable deposit required to secure the booking upon confirmation.
Balance due 1 month prior to arrival date.
100% Cancellation fees charged if cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival date.
100% Cancellation charges for bookings between 15 Dec and 15 Jan.
We take out travel insurance to ensure that you are covered in the event that you are unable to travel. Change of dates on confirmed bookings can be viewed as cancellations.

Please advise estimated time of arrival to ensure that we have someone on-site to welcome you.
