Unjani Arts Residence en Jeugherberg

Unjani Arts Residence and Backpackers is a hostel and creative space situated in the Kwanokuthula Township in Plettenberg Bay. The hostel hosts daily community workshops with the help of local and international volunteers and artists to promote creativity and social interaction through art sessions and weekly events.

The hostel offers basic accommodation in a house which is largely an ongoing work of art created by the people visiting it. The rooms are modest and guest make use of shared bathrooms and living areas such as the kitchen and living room.

The activities provided from the hostel to the community include language workshops, traditional meals and ethnic food lessons, art workshops, projects and events.
