Tartaruga Verde Beach House is perched on top of the front dunes of an immaculate beach & boasts
magnificent 180º views of the Indian ocean and beachfront.
The architecture is of stilted tropical Bali design. Tastefully decorated to reflect its peaceful & tranquil
forest & ocean surroundings, it has private parking for up to four vehicles.
Located in a beautiful 18-acre dune forest, the house is one of only 10 sites within the privately owned
Wakene Beach Estate & is one of only three beachfront homes in the estate. Access to the estate is restricted
with a 24hr security-controlled boom gate.

DECK & POOL AREA.
The spacious yet intimate deck area flows seamlessly from the living area. With all the comforts you will
need to soak in the magnificent stretches of beach & the endless Indian Ocean. The house has a private
walkway to the beach.
