The Waterfront complex is situated on the South Side of Umdloti opposite the beach. The two bedroom, one bathroom unit is set in a lovely garden. There is a stunning secured swimming pool with braai facilities. The unit is fully equipped for self catering except for beach and bath towels. The unit has DStv with selected channels.

The Ocean, a place that most people associate with holiday, fun, swimming and relaxation. Nothing is more therapeutic than visiting the beach and feeling the sea sand squeak and grind against your bare feet, yielding a delicious exfoliating sensation! Breathing in the salty moist air that temperamentally, and intermittently blows against your body making your face go rosy with all the oxygen intake. What can beat the sticky, salty feeling that starts to engulf you as the heavy sea breeze carries its salt laden air your way?

Cash breakage deposit of R500.00 which is refundable after your departure.

An amazing stay by

We stayed at Mallorca, and oh what a pleasant stay it was! The entire duplex was clean and neat, as well as the pool area. The staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile - which made us felt welcome. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean brought about a renewed spark of energy. We will certainly come again!! Thank you for a wonderful time :-)

Fab stay at Waterfront 5 by

We stayed at Waterfront 5 between Nov-Dec 2013. What a view! The unit was clean and all appliances were in working order. Thank you for a beautiful time spent. Will definitely visit again.

Waterfront 5 by

We have arrived at 14H30 and the place was still dirty - cleaner was still busy washing dishes, beds not made and sand on the floors. Some blinds were missing, cupboard doors cannot close - hinges rotten in wooden sections. Aircon not working and was removed during our stay. Window glass broken. Items missing on inventory. Shower door not closing - was repaired during our stay. Safe could not be opened - no safe keeping of valuable items. Lounge set extremely uncomfortable to sit due to the design of it. Tumble dryer is only working when door is open. Some other accommodation (Kozumel) is much better with the same rate per day. Will not stay at Waterfront 5 again and will not recommend it.
