Wesselsbron Lodge is located in the quaint maize farming town of Wesselsbron, close to Welkom in the Free State. The lodge has 16 bedrooms as well as a restaurant and braai facilities for guests. Each of the bedrooms has twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with baths. The rooms are equipped with TVs with DStv, tea and coffee-making facilities and bar fridges.
The lodge has braai facilities and an a la carté restaurant. Winter evenings can be enjoyed with a meal in front of the cosy fireplace. There is a charming outdoor patio where guests are able to enjoy cocktails.
Wesselsbron is part of the maize triangle which is an area dominated by the growing of corn and sweet corn, owing to wonderful scenic views. Bloemhof Dam Nature Reserve is nearby and is home to one of the largest dams in the country. It has some of the best angling opportunities in the country. The reserve is home to many game and bird species.
