Wind in the Willows offers comfortable accommodation in two self-catering cottages. It is situated on a working farm about 17 kilometres from Magaliesburg.

Turtle Cottage is a thatched cottage overlooking the dam. Badger Lodge is a farm-style cottage with views of the valley. Both cottages are serviced on a daily basis. Guests can take a dip in the lovely swimming pool set in the gardens while admiring the beautiful views of the valley.

The surrounding countryside, filled with indigenous bush and abundant birdlife, can be explored on foot. Other activities in the area include croquet and visiting the Magaliesburg Meander.

Farm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Beautiful piece of land. Will definitely go there again.

The perfect holiday cottage! by

Awesome cottage...just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. With monkeys hopping from tree to tree and squirrels scurrying around...was the perfect home away from home. We even had a pet for the few days we were there (Milo, you are the best!). The host was very friendly and provided info on the surrounding area as well as things to do. Will definitely consider staying here again.
