A stylish self-catering apartment located in the heart of Bloubergstrand, Witsand 401 can accommodate up to six guests, and provides spectacular views.

Featuring an open-plan layout, this unit has a lounge, dining area and kitchen that flow perfectly one into the other. The lounge area has two couches, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a ceiling fan, and stunning ocean and mountain views, while the dining area shares the views from the six-seater dining table.

There is a balcony available with outdoor seating and a Weber braai, where you and your fellow guests can enjoy a leisurely afternoon braai. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your self-catering needs, including a stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine; there is also a breakfast nook and three bar stools at which to enjoy a quick meal or a coffee.

Enjoy spectacular views from each of the three bedrooms in the apartment. The main bedroom of the apartment has a queen-size bed and is en suite (with a shower); the second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, and shares a guest bathroom with a bath and shower combo with the second bedroom. Linen is provided for your convenience.

While staying at Witsand 401, guests have access to a safe for valuables, complimentary Wi-Fi, one garage parking and one underground parking. There is also a private garden available to this apartment. Please note the unit is non-smoking.
