Zandibela Private Wildlodge

Zandibela is a 4,500 acre 5 Star private game lodge situated close to the breathtakingly beautiful Baviaanskloof in the Eastern Cape. To experience absolute silence and savour a view that stretches to eternity is a unique gift and a memory to be cherished forever.

For the explorer in you, Zandibela will not disappoint, boasting 22 species of game including sable, giraffe, blesbok, zebra, oryx, kudu and springbok. Enjoy a game drive to view not only game, but also the rich diversity of unique Karoo plant and bird species, San rock art, as well as the dramatic landscape itself.

Zandibela offers eight thatched, high-ceilinged and air-conditioned lodges built from natural stone that was sourced from the surrounding area. All of the lodges offer expansive views across to the horizon and comprise two en-suite bedrooms, a lounge with fireplace and a private deck overlooking the game dam. The décor is understated luxury, with leather sofas, bamboo ceilings, plump goose down duvets, crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen, bathrobes, and fluffy white towels. The lodges are equipped with extra length, queen-size beds or, if required, two single beds that can be made up as a king-size bed.
