Sedgefield Villa is a double storey, freestanding house with a swimming pool and braai. It is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with all the needed amenities.

On the ground level, there is an open-plan lounge with double sleeper couch, dining room, bar and granite topped kitchen with freestanding stove. The living area leads out through two doors to the entertainment and swimming pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with a toilet, basin and shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed and leads out to a small deck with the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds also leading out to the small deck with external staircase to the garden and pool area. There is a bathroom on this level with a toilet, basin and bath. Bath and pool towels are provided and the house is fully equipped with DStv. There is an air conditioner downstairs in the living area and upstairs in the main bedroom.
