For those looking to explore, attractions include Birds of Eden Bird Sanctuary with over 2,000 birds, Knysna Elephant Park, Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary, and the Featherbed Nature Reserve that is accessed by ferry only. The Outeniqua Choo Tjoe is one of the few remaining steam trains in the country and will be a treat for the whole family, and for golfers, there are various golf courses in the area to choose from.
