The separate bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The bathroom has a separate shower and relaxing bath. A glass sliding door lead out to the balcony with stunning views. WiFi available.

The apartment has 1 underground parking bay with direct access to the building. Excellent 24hr security with advanced access control to building.

Portico is located on the beachfront of Blouberg and many excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within walking distance of the apartment, which makes this one of the most desirable locations to stay at when visiting the West Coast.Table View and Blouberg beach are also famous as for the perfect kiting and surf hotspots!

The apartment is approximately 20 minutes from Cape Town centre, and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. The Durbanville Wine Route starts just fifteen minutes away, and further a field, the Stellenbosch and Paarl Wine Routes can be reached in 45 minutes.
