Amadwala Lodge is a beautiful bush lodge in the heart of a captivating environment where nature and the birdlife will captivate the guests. The lodge is surrounded by never-ending views.

Seven tents and seven Log Cabins are ideal for private breakaways. The tents offer a more standard accommodation, while the Log Cabins offer a slightly more luxurious experience.

The Barwana bar has a private wine cellar carved into the natural rock and is an ideal place for a relaxing beverage. The restaurant at the lodge provides guests with organically grown vegetables prepared in delightful African dishes. The rock swimming pool is an inviting place to escape for the heat.

We had a wonderful stay. What we noticed right away was how friendly and helpful the staff was. We stayed in the tent accommodation and it was really great. What a peaceful place even though you are close to roads. We will for sure be back

We drove through from Durban to the lodge with my 5 year old to apply for her passport .A one night stay and very expensive trip .On arrival we were tired ,unpacked and went to the lodge restaurant for dinner . R600 later and very nice food .GEORGE . This chap is awesome .There was no ice for drinks ,he immediately sent for ice at a supermarket .He was just perfect and extremely helpful.My biggest pain was the next morning there was no water .Driving from Durban to Jhb . Not being able to bath and then drive back to Durban was extremely unpleasant .

Basil is such a chilled all smiles welcoming host. He took us around the place and made our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The food was also delicious....we will definitely visit again..
