A' Maisonette offers luxurious bed and self-catering accommodation in Mossel Bay's up-market residential Golf Estate and Nature Reserve, situating on the periphery of an enchanting semi-links, par 72 golf course ? where you see the sea from every tee.The two-bedroom apartment and the estate have all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday.The comfortable lounge area has satellite TV (DStv Premium bouquet), a music centre and a DVD player for entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster and a percolator. A breakfast counter completes the kitchen and is ideal for meals.The comfortable main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. Bed linen, bathroom towels and electric hair driers are provided. During winter time, electric blankets are fitted to beds.The remote controlled lock-up garage provides parking for one vehicle and a trailer and gives direct access to the apartment. Apart from four steps leading from the garage into the apartment, the rest is on even surface.Free Internet is provided.Under-floor heating, a digital safe, washing machine, tumble-drier and ironing facilities ensure a comfortable stay.The spacious apartment opens onto a covered veranda with a 180º view over the Indian Ocean and is ideal for bird watching, for outdoor living and braai/barbecue. Mossel Bay Golf Estate boasts five outdoor swimming pools, one of which is within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes drive from downtown, from the golf clubhouse, from a golden sandy beach and from most of the historic and culture venues.Outside of the estate Mossel Bay is lined by stunning beaches as well as wonderful scenic places to walk and enjoy nature to its fullest. A variety of wild life - including antelope - and bird species, coupled with whale (in season) and dolphin watching, all add to a carefree and unforgettable stay.The whole apartment is a smoke free area.

Baie dankie vir die aangename tyd van verblyf.







Die gasvreiheid en vriendelikheid is wardeer.







Die akkommodasie kan aanbeveel word vir ander wat by Hennie en Martie wil bly.



Die woonstel is op die grondvloer van die huis en met 'n deur en trape gekoppel maar tog privaat. Dit baie ruim skoon en netjies en het alles bevat wat vir 'n vakansie benodig word.  Die gasheer en vrou was baie vriendelik en het seker gemaak dat niks ontbreek nie.

Class, space, view, location. It will be very hard to beat A'Maisonette. Everything you need at a self-catering unit plus much more. Highly recommended.

The quiet surroundings by

Accomodation very, very good. Spotlessly clean and very friendly owners.Too far from the sea and swimming pools too far and minute in size. Flat very well equipped and felt like home.
